Emilie-Anne started at Aubay as a Project Management Consultant then became a Product Owner at AXA France Services. Her expertise in agility was strengthened at SFR and in Agile coaching at Thiga. At AXA France, she was an Agile Coach and Head of Agile Guild, then expanded her impact at AXA Life Japan as Head of Agile Center and later as Head of AXA Life Agile & UX. Since 2023, she has been Head of AXA Japan Transformation & IT Operating Model.
